Hate speech has not been defined in any law in India but according to the 267th report of Law Commission of India, hate speech is stated as an incitement to hatred primarily against a group of persons defined in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs. Bureau of Police Research and Development published a manual that defined the hate speech as a language that denigrates, insults, threatens or targets an individual based on their identity and other traits.

Here you can discuss your evaluated copies also with the faculty. Top 5 copies of every test will be shared in the telegram group for reference.
