In world's first case, China reports human getting infected with H10N3 bird flu

According to the World Health Organization, the recently discovered in China, H10N3 is relatively less severe strain of the virus in poultry, but it would only take a few mutations to become a greater risk. Discuss it with citing example of H5N1 variant. To what extent, India is prepared for this?
