The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has been implementing several schemes for developing and inclusiveness of Tribes in India. Issues associated with the rights and development of the tribal communities have also been asked by UPSC frequently in Prelims as well as Main Examination.

To cover the important initiatives taken by the Indian government for the economic development of Tribes in India, GS SCORE under its initiative 'Good Practices' has compiled schemes and programs linked with the Schedule Tribes and PVTGs in India.
