Role & responsibilities:
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our website.
- Plan and execute an online marketing plan for traffic growth through Search Engines, Social Media & Newsletters.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize effort and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- You'll be responsible for tracking & growing conversion rates by recommending improvements to the website.

- Good analytical skills to bring in traffic data based execution plans for the online marketing team.
