INDIA – KYRGYZSTAN JOINT SPECIAL FORCES EXERCISE CONCLUDES AT BAKLOH (HP)

The 9^th Edition of the India – Kyrgyzstan Joint Special Forces Exercise which commenced in March, 2022 at Bakloh (HP).

Exercise Khanjar:

• India and Kyrgyztan recently held a joint Special Force Military Exercise called the “Khanjar”.
• The Khanjar exercise is held annually between India and Kyrgyzstan since 2011.
• Two-week long India-Kyrgyz Joint Special Forces (SF) Exercise Khanjar-IX commenced at Bakloh, India.
• Exercise Khanjar aims towards interoperability, jointness & mutual exchange of SF tactics, techniques & procedures in Counter-Insurgency/ Counter-Terrorism environment.
