Apart from "Tarkash," there are several other bilateral exercises between India and the United States:
Yudh Abhyas: It is an annual bilateral exercise between the Indian and U.S. armies, focusing on joint counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism operations.
Malabar Exercise: Originally a bilateral naval exercise between India and the United States, it has since been expanded to include Japan and sometimes other countries. The exercise focuses on enhancing naval cooperation and interoperability in the Indo-Pacific region.
Vajra Prahar: This is a joint Special Forces exercise conducted between the Indian and U.S. Special Forces. It aims to enhance counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency capabilities.
Cope India: This exercise involves the air forces of India and the United States and focuses on improving interoperability and cooperation in air combat tactics and techniques.
