She demonstrated her academic prowess and dedication to understanding policy frameworks. Prior to her master's, Chandar Prabha completed her B.Tech from Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune, India, reflecting her multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving.

In March 2021, Chandar Prabha was honored by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce (FICCI) for her exemplary work in environment conservation and sanitation, highlighting her commitment to making a positive impact on society and the environment.
