No country could remain alienated from "Refugee crisis" as it has become a global issue in contemporary times; it is the force affecting their relations. "Global appeal" issued by United Nations High Commission on Refugees (UNHCR) not only focuses on the gravity of the problem but also gives details of institutional mechanism, new approaches, funding, affected areas including host countries and future strategies to deal with it.
