STEPS & INSTRUCTIONS for uploading the answers

Step 1 - The Question for the day is provided below these instructions. It will be available at 7:00 AM.

Step 2 - Uploading of Answers : Write the answer in A4 Sheet leaving proper margins for comments and feedback and upload the PDF in MY ACCOUNT section. Click on the option of SUBMIT COPY to upload the PDF.

Step 3 - Deadline for Uploading Answers: The students shall upload their answers by 7:00 PM in the evening same day. The first 50 copies will be evaluated.

Step 4 - Feedback : Mentors will give their feedback for the answers uploaded. For more personalised feedback, join our telegram channel by clicking on the link https://t.me/mains_answer_writing_cse . A one-to-one session will be conducted with the faculty after copy evaluation in 72 Hrs.

Procedure of Answer Writing

To participate in the Answer Writing Improvement with Topper, Register yourself for the test. Copies will be evaluated only for the registered students. Registration will be closed after the scheduled date.

Event Details and Schedule

Day 1:

7:00 AM: One Question will be uploaded on the portal. Aspirants can upload their answers until 7 PM.

  • You have to write your answers on an A4 size sheet leaving margins on both sides based on the UPSC pattern.
  • Mention your name, email ID, location, and phone number on the 1st page in the top right corner and the page number on each page.
  • After writing the answers, Click pictures of each page of your answer sheet, merge them all in a single PDF and upload them in the upload section of the same question.

8:00 PM: Discussion on the question theme on the Telegram group led by the topper and moderated by a mentor.

Day 2:

All answers will be evaluated by our evaluators and reviewed by toppers.

  • Note: Only the first 100 answers will be evaluated.
  • No request for late submission or evaluation will be entertained once the 100 mark is reached.
  • Answer sheets without the proper guidelines given above will not be accepted for evaluation.

Copies will be evaluated in the next 48 hours of the test date. After evaluation, the copies will be sent to you via mail and also uploaded to your account on the website.

Day 3:

Live discussion on Zoom at 4 PM with the topper, featuring selected good copies and moderated by a mentor.

  • After copy evaluation, a mentorship session with the UPSC Topper will be conducted on Zoom, so that students can get a wider perspective of the topics. Here you can discuss your evaluated copies also with the topper.

Note: Aspirants who have not written the test can also participate in the mentorship session.
